My experience was seamless. My adjuster was Mel, and I found him to be very kind, understanding and willing to answer any questions which I asked. I apologize for not remembering the office lady's name. She was so extremely patient as I worked with my bank to accept my transaction. I definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass.

I was unable to access the text link to give feedback so I am giving it here: The repair work appears to be good quality. The customer service was excellent. The shop kept me adequately informed during the repair process. The vehicle was ready when it was promised. Thus far I have not had to return my vehicle for unscheduled rework due to an oversight or dissatisfaction. I would recommend the shop to a friend or family member. The Staff was very professional and had good communication skills. I would rate overall as a 10.

Mike S. did the estimate and overseeing of my car repair and was very professional, friendly and accommodating. I am very pleased with the work and service I received and would highly recommend this location to all I know, for future repairs. They even washed my car before I picked it up!
