WOW! We are in our seventies and believe me when I tell you that Gerber has impressed us tremendously! I, Marcia Matulia, an accident the evening of 2/18/2016. Spoke to State Farm. Arrived at our Gerber Location the morning of 2/19. I was greeted by a great representative, had all the information ready. Called Hertz for the Rental. I was treated so kindly and efficiently that I knew I was in good capable experienced hands. They contacted us quickly as to the estimate to repair and time needed to repair. They sent texts daily to keep us informed as to progress, setting our minds at ease. They were so efficient and professional and in 5 days, work was completed with excellent results, car was clean and detailed. Wish our Government could work as efficiently!! This was one of the most painless and anxiety free experiences for this type of ... problem. WOW!! What service! They said they could make collision repairs to my vehicle in 1 day and it was ready to pickup, shining like new, in less than 24 hours. Personnel were attentive to our needs and did a fabulous job. , If we ever do need collision repair or auto glass replacement in the future, we will surely call them again. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gerber Collision.

I am very satisfied with the collision repairs to my 20111 Hyundai Sonata. I picked up the auto on Jan13, the day it was promised weeks before, and it appears to be in showroom condition. The people at Gerber kept me informed on a weekly basis as to the progress of the repairs. They were, at all times, very professional and attuned to my needs. I hope I don't need Gerber's services in the future, but will certainly use them if needed.

What a wonderful experience. Although my first time I can't imagine it being any better. The person that spent most time with me was Erica. Knowledgeable comforting and second too none service. I will say that if undercover boss ever does a show on Gerber she would undoubtedly get some big gifts from the CEO. A true company type person a real asset to Gerber. Not to leave out the quality workmanship by Gerber TERRIFIC JOB GUYS. .........
