These guys are absolutely the best. I have 3 different people hit my car plus Bills car wash malfunctioned and did damage. They have repaired it like new every time. I would never take it anywhere else.

Even though I was the innocent party in an accident, the insurance company selected this body shop to repair my vehicle. I couldn't have been more pleased with my treatment. My vehicle looks like brand new, they were timely and kept me updated. Kudos to Melissa at the front desk (forgive me if i got your name wrong)!! She has customer service down to a T!!! She treated me like family and kept my worries down! I would use this shop again if I needed to over any/all other body shops. GREAT JOB Gerber Collision & Glass!!

I'm originally from Ohio and now live in Melbourne, Fla. Gerber Collision & Glass is a 5 Star Vehicle Repair Facility compared to the Repair Facilities you find in Columbus, Ohio. I have been driving since 1966 and was never in an accident until May 2024 when I was rearended. The people at Gerber are not only professional and knowledgeable in vehicle repair they also treat you with respect and actually care in making sure all your repair needs are met in a timely manner. Melissa Smith(Estimator) at Gerber was outstanding in taking care of my Jeep Cherokee from dropping the vehicle off, to making sure all the damaged areas and parts were marked & recognized, to making sure all the repairs were done correctly and keeping me in the loop with updates on the vehicle's progress, and finally picking up the Jeep. I was treated like a ... friend not a number. Thank you Melissa and all the staff at Gerber from the front desk to all the repair and mechanical personnel involved in repairing my Jeep. My honda CRV came back cleaned inside and out. They finished the work ahead of schedule. Very polite and a sense of urgency behind the repair made going to gerber collision a no brainer, went 2 times now. Recommend for any car body work after an accident

Wow and wow. The service and staff were outstanding, from Melissa and the 2 Kelly's and Pam in the front office to Jeff who did the repairs and all the others I didn't get a chance to meet!!! You all outdid yourselves! I have bragged about you to everyone so get ready for more work to come your way. I am beyond pleased with the results and customer service. Keep it up and even when sitting in the office and listening to the girls answering the phones...their enthusiasm and passion for their job reached through the phone call. That was nice to see and hear. You did good everyone!!!

My compliments to all the professionals working at the Gerber Collision & Glass in Melbourne, FL. I recommend you stop in to see Kelly and the entire team with your auto body claims. My father passed in 2023, and I inherited his 2012 Nissan Murano, which he took excellent care of and had only 30,000 miles. This car has so much sentimental value to me that I was devastated when a driver backed up straight into my driver's door. I was worried that my vehicle would never look the same. Kelly reassured me that they would take care of everything and not to worry. Gerber Collision & Glass kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle, and it was completed exactly on the estimated day they told me it would be done. The paint match is impeccable on my car, and you can't even see where the work had been done. If I own this car or any ... car, I'll always use Gerber Collision & Glass for my auto body company. read more
