This location has the best service, I took my Infinity Q60 for some body work; at the time I did not have an appointment however the staff make me feel like they were expecting me. The work was completed ahead of schedule and I appreciated the updates via text. The friendliness and professionalism of the young lady at the front office was superb! (You know who you are, R) In the future, I will continue to bring our vehicles to this awesome facility.

From the time of appointment till the car was repaired and ready to be picked-up, the staff was Outstanding...Providing me feedback as the process proceeded from time of entry to the facility to the time of my pickup. I was advised it would be two weeks but they completed my work ahead of schedule by 5 days...OUTSTANDING..... Excellent staff

The personnel at this location were friendly, professional, and thorough with the repairs to my vehicle. All of the issues related to a crash were promptly repaired and some additional issues that arose during the process were addressed and corrected without issue. The General Manager, Sam H., was a pleasure to work with and he ensured to keep me informed/involved in the entire process at my request (I am a very involved "car guy"). I would certainly consider returning to this facility and/or recommending them to others.

Gerber always does such an amazing job. After getting hit several times in the past they never cease to impress with all the repairs. We purchased a new vehicle that had some minor scratches and chips, and Gerber once again did a magnificent job. Gerber is very good with keeping customers updated on the steps and progress. The team at this location repainted my husband's Kia Optima recently. Not only were we extremely satisfied with the quality of the paint job, but we were really impressed by the customer service. Though this particular job was not a quick one (they had to paint the entire car and then rebuild it), we were thankful at how attentive they were and how understanding they were of the fact that we were down to one car during the time that the Optima was in the shop. We really appreciate the staff at this location and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you SO much.

repair to my car was perfect. i ran a body for a new car dealership up north and was hired by the second largest insurance company in the state as an appraisal supervisor. ive never seen a bodyshop that could compare with gerber in zephrhills-also, the employee are the best.
