The service was quick and easy. Every time I called, someone answered and I was assisted quickly. Every representative/employee I came into contact with at Gerber was very welcoming, great customer service, and again quick with every thing. A friend recommended Gerber Collision to me, and I will definitely be doing the same if anyone else asks if they need any kind of car repair. My car looks great and I am very happy with it.

I AM MORE THAN GLAD THAT I CHOSE GERBER TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE. RYAN WAS WONDERFUL AT EXPLAINING EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED REPAIRED ON MY CAR. IN COLLABORATION WITH RYAN, BARRY HAS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS INTEGRAL IN EXPLAINING TO ME THE PROCESS AND GOT MY CAR BACK QUICKLY. MARY WAS VERY WELCOMING WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND GREETED ME AT THE DOOR. I AM SO VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE THAT I CHOSE TO REMEMBER THEIR NAMES SO THAT I CAN REFER THEM TO MY FRIENDS. OVERALL, I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY THAN I AM NOW! I WAS ALSO SHOCKED THAT MY CAR WAS WASHED AND SWEPT OUT...BETTER THAN MY EXPECTATIONS.

Extremely satisfied with repairs to my truck. I was given a thorough understanding of the process. I was provided periodic updates of status and completion of repairs. Folks were all very courteous. Upon completion, Ryan went over the repairs, was very thorough and extremely courteous. I could not have had a better experience.

I am very pleased with the work done on my car. Everyone that I spoke with was so nice and explained everything they were going to do. I received several calls during the week as to the progress they were making. When I picked the car up it had been cleaned and vacuumed on the inside with a fresh smelling spray. They even took the floor mats out and washed them. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so very much.

My experience with Gerber was excellent from beginning to end. The entire staff did a great job explaining my repairs and helping me understand all of the charges. Ryan in particular was a great help and also assisted me by researching different running board options for both appearance and price. In the end I went with his recommendation and the boards look great! In addition, Ryan also contacted the City of Buffalo to help secure payment from their end and worked with my insurance company for another repair. In conclusion; the repairs look great and the truck looks showroom ready! Thank you so much for all of the help.
