I had a recent visit to your store on Southern Blvd. I just wanted to send along how very happy I am with the way I was treated. My car was brought in for repair and from day one I was absolutely overjoyed with the professionalism of all of your employees. Whether I needed something explained or just wanted a glass of water they were the best. I picked up my Toyota Prius yesterday and it looked amazing. I work at a call center for Verizon Wireless and believe I know how important customer service is. The sad thing is that our bosses only hear the bad. Your people are great and I would highly recommended Gerber Collision in the future.
