Very happy with the service and the completion of repair on our Audi 2017 A3. I appreciated the weekly updates on progress and really appreciated their compliance with our insurance rates (USAA), without an added charge. I highly recommend this shop to repair car damage. I especially appreciate it's location, close to our home, making drop off and pick up easy.

I had not been in an accident in over 20 years. Didn't even remember what to do. Everything has come so far since then! Contacted Gerber within a couple of days to bring my car in. It's winter in WI so they were packed with wrecked cars but Bubba took his time to walk me through everything, even warning me that more damage might be found later (and it was). From there, Anthony took great care to keep me informed (the text updates were great) how things were progressing. The car came back ready on time and looks brand new! So grateful for the compassion and care that Anthony and Bubba gave me and my car! Fantastic service!

Gerber did a great job repairing my Honda after it was clipped unexpectedly by another driver. They got me in right away for an initial estimate, and were able to start repairs next day! They kept me updated every step of the way and helped me arrange pickup of my vehicle within just one week of dropping it off for repairs. Start to finish they were very efficient and helpful. I can't even notice it was ever damaged and it looks good as new!! As an added bonus I noticed that they cleaned/vacuumed my car floor mats - what a nice courtesy. Thank you Gerber of Kenosha!!!

In a throwaway society, that totals out vehicles very easily these days, Gerber was willing to go out of their way to help me bring my car back from its pre-damaged and state of disrepair that ity had been. What I liked most of all at this particular shop, is that when I noticed a divot in my vehicle's hood, after I had picked up my vehicle at the end of the day and the shop had already closed for the weekend, I simply made a phone call the following Monday morning. Gerber took me right in and fixed this divot with other smaller divots that were discovered.Gerber waas fast and efficient in doing this all during my vacation time. I went back to work a week later feeling very good about a work car that will be trustworthy again!!! I would recommend the River Falls Gerber Collision Center to absolutely anyone because the people here are ... knowledgable and most of all dependable.
