John T., the General Manager, runs a friendly and efficient office. The whole experience is seamless, with all details being taken care of. Linda, the receptionist, was knowledgeable, and took care of my questions, all of the paperwork, dealing with the rental car firm, and leaving me voice mails updating the status of my car. She sets the standard for customer service. Repairing my vehicle was a pleasant experience.

I had terrific service there. They estimated that it would take 5 days and it only took 2-3 days. They also went above and beyond the call of duty and cleaned my car inside and out, which I appreciated very much. John also helped me figure out what a symbol on my dashboard was before I left. Really helpful friendly people there.
