Hi everybody there at Gerbers! We have had several severe medical situations in our family which occurred right up to Christmas. So, we just have not had time to respond to this card for you. I think I did somewhat on the invoice, but of that, I am not sure of it. The work you did and the help you shared with us from start to finish was unbelievably super excellent. My 2013 Hyundai looks absolutely fantastic. I cannot imagine even thinking about referring family or friends to any shop except yours, should that need come up from all those people. Actually, most of them have seen it and had seen before you got it and have had the same comments I have had when they did a walk around after you were done. So thank you so very much and hope to see you again but only under less severe situations. Thank you so much - All Of You!

Best repair experience ever. I loved the frequent updates, either by text or phone. I always knew what was happening. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The repair work seems to be excellent, I do know it looks great. I hope I don't have to use Gerber again, but I sure would. I would definitely , definitely highly recommend. Who knew a car repair could generate such love.

Work got off to slow start due to a virus that sickened much of the staff at this location. But after that they more than made up for it by keeping me very up to date and making the process as smooth as possible. Very friendly and responsible team. This is a notice for all you people who had problems with Gerber in the 5 or 6 months and didn't go back. They have cleaned house and things are back the way they used to be. We picked our car yesterday, clean, couldn't find any trace of any damage. Just ask for Liz, she's the new boss and she's wonderful. If and when I get another dent I won't hesitate to go any where else, I'M JUST KIDDING!

Gerber is always my first call or the first company I mention when someone says they need auto glass or collision repair. I have used Gerber 3 times and each and every time, my repairs are perfect! This time I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Stephanie and I couldn't have gotten better service; from the moment I called until my vehicle was ready, they were helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. My car looks so good, you can't even tell someone smashed into my car. Also, I just want to say it is the "little things", like picking up car and noticing that they cleaned up all of the spilled coffee spots from the coffee that went all over the interior of my car when I was hit. Thank you Gerber!
