Such a GREAT experience!! Everyone was so nice and they did such a wonderful job. Alisha was so easy to work with and efficient and Chris was so helpful and gracious., always positive and willing to make the extra effort. It's often hard to choose the right shop when you need auto body work and don't know anyone. I had heard positive things about the Watauga location, and it was well founded. If you don't know who to trust I recommend Gerber Collision on Rufe Snow. Thanks you to all!! I sincerely appreciate how wonderful my truck looks.

Very satisfied with how fast and efficient my repairs were. From day one with the estimator Cesar A., he was knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through the process. I was able to keep track of the repairs and even got my vehicle back before the estimated completion date. No one wants to face a collision event especially when it was mindless behavior by a shopper who inflicted damage with their shopping cart into the tailgate of my brand new 2020 Tundra that doesn't even have 20K miles on it yet. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy. But, to my surprise and delight, after Gerber Collision of Watauga, Texas delivered my car back to me, I couldn't tell, even under my scrupulous eye where the damage had been done. Happy doesn't express my feelings appropriately as I just couldn't believe a job could be done that flawlessly. Not only was it done to perfection, they delivered my car to my home a full two days before they committed to have it done. Talk about amazing. And then, they took my rental car and returned it to the rental company for me. Professional customer service with a desire to have nothing but ... the best of ratings. Take your car where you want, but if you are in Watauga, Texas area, you will be taking it to somewhere other than the 'top of the line' experience if you don't go to Watauga Gerber Collision center.
