Such a GREAT experience!! Everyone was so nice and they did such a wonderful job. Alisha was so easy to work with and efficient and Chris was so helpful and gracious., always positive and willing to make the extra effort. It's often hard to choose the right shop when you need auto body work and don't know anyone. I had heard positive things about the Watauga location, and it was well founded. If you don't know who to trust I recommend Gerber Collision on Rufe Snow. Thanks you to all!! I sincerely appreciate how wonderful my truck looks.

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber start to finish. Lexie talked me through the process (how they work with insurance and what to expect and helped me with my rental car pick up and drop off) and quickly set up an appointment for me to bring my car in. Zach C was my estimator. He explained all of the steps in getting my car fixed and set clear expectations on timing. He also kept me informed on the progress of the repairs daily. They were both kind and sympathetic to the stressful situation I was in. I got my car back sooner than anticipated and it looks great. Thank you Lexie, Zachary, and team and thank you Gerber for making a bad situation as good as it could possibly be.

Replaced front windshield. The work was done at my home. Jason was our service technician. Was in and out in less than an hour. Very orderly in his work. Showed high level of skill. Transferred all essential tags on windshield and rear view mirror. From first contact with Melinda and and her follow-up to Jason showing up and his no nonsense work ethics. Great experience This Glass master is owned by Gerber Collision & Glass in The Colony who we had a good experience when they repaired our Toyota Highlander. Highly recommend their services.
