Jeff T. for President! He was professional, personable and took care of all the details. I didn't even have to arrange for my rental car. Jeff kept me informed of my car's progress while being repaired. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Customer service is alive and well at Gerber Collision & Glass/1318 W. 2nd. I would definitely refer family and friends to use Gerber.

An appointment for an estimate was made the same day I filed a claim with my insurance company. The estimate was performed within thee working days and my repairs were made expeditiously and to my sanctification. My estimator, Jeff T. was very friendly, professional, and did a good job of showing me what needed to be done, how claims work, the expected wait time, etc. He was excellent at phone communications about my vehicle, and work done by the mechanics/ techs seems to be very good and thorough.
