Jeff was an absolute joy to work with. Him and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND with treating me with care, love and respect. After my mildly traumatic accident, they took in my car, worked diligently with Safeco, and drove me to Enterprise Rent-a-Car to get a rental. Jeff worked with the Rental company to defer payments on my rental until my insurance kicked in. In addition to that, he kept me updated nearly every other day about where they were in the process. All in all, Patty (the secretary) and Jeff did amazing work and took very good care of me. I'm definitely going to refer people and go back to get other work done on my car! Thanks Gerber, Jeff and Patty!!!!!

Wow- IN one day, Out the next. Not a very big hit & run dent below the licence plate bracket (1 1/2" x 1") but deep enough to partially jam the spare tire. You were recommended by USAA who has served us since 1955 so we knew we would be in good hands. We did not know just how good! The damage was just below the plate and now it looks back to brand new. Actually it is back to brand new PLUS because your caring fix the car folks went beyond the call of duty to send us home full of pride for a job well done. Thanks so much for the clean up and detail job inside and out - Touch of Class! When USAA sends a survey you can count on us to return a 5 star report.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to Jared and the lady at the front desk today, 04.05.16 (sorry I didn't get her name). She was very helpful and informed me that Gerber had paid out of their own pocket for the new wheel locks when they could not find the key to my old ones. I had no idea this had happened. She also did not turn me away when I told her that the new key could not be found and my tire needed to be repaired. She had Jared come in and he took about 25 minutes out of his day to look for, and find, the box containing the new key. So very happy he did!!! I already appreciated the great work Gerber did on my car as well as cleaning it, but I really appreciated the time they gave me today. You have a great staff that represents your company well. Thank you again!
