Excellent customer service! My estimator kindly walked me through the damage and discussed the repairs that were needed. My budget has been pretty tight, and when I brought that up, we worked through options that fit best for me! My car came out looking fantastic. Affordable and great service! If I need repairs in the future, I'm definitely coming back!

I tried out Gerber Collision and Glass for the first time last week and was skeptical because of past horror stories with different repair shops in Spokane. Jeff T. and his crew took wonderful care of me and my car. Not only did they repair my vehicle in less time than they originally quoted, but they did so under budget, saving me money. These are very friendly and helpful people. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful with my questions. Randy was very friendly as well. He explained what was needed for my auto body repair and thorough in his explanations. After the repair he explained how the work was completed and the challenges. I will certainly recommend Gerber to my family and friends!!
