This is my third time using Gerber. My insurance company uses them as a guaranteed repair provider. I trust Gerber, I'm not so sure I trust the Toyota Service Department they took my Highlaner to for the repair of the radiator in April 2016. Gerber recently repaired the front bumper on my car --> they had it done in record time. The first time I used them in 2015 when my car was hit by an uninsured motorist they told me about the Washington state law that helps folks get a rental car even if they don't have rental car coverage. I truly appreciated knowing this info.

Gerber fixed the damage to look like brand new again. thanks. They did an excellent job. I would defiantly recommend Gerber to anyone.

Overall I had a pretty good experience with Gerber Collision. I was directed to this repair shop through my insurance company, and I know part of my good experience is thanks most of the repairs being covered by my plan. Gerber gave me updates on the status of my car repair consistently, until the Thursday before the estimated date of completion (the following Tuesday). I didn't get a call on Thursday, and I called them the day it was supposed to be finished only to hear that it would likely be another week. The gentleman in charge of my account was apologetic for not calling with an update, but I would have liked to know a little further in advance that my car wasn't going to be ready; it would have made planning my transportation for that extra week easier. Estimator Jeff T. made my experience at Gerber enjoyable, cuz taking your car in is not enjoyable. I slide on the ice in my brand new car. I brought my car to Gerber due to insurance requirements. Jeff made the whole process easy and the repairs look great! I will always recommend Gerber, but it will be the 2nd street only location that I recommend. Thank you for making my car look new again.

The staff was professional but also very friendly, putting my mind at ease and answering all of my questions about the repairs. The amount of time that my car (2008 Chrysler 300C) was in the shop was perfect and when I picked it up I was amazed at the quality of work which is very important to me as I am a car enthusiast and love my car. I believe it looked better than it ever has! All around a very good experience and I will highly recommend Gerber to anyone that wants quality work and knowledgeable and friendly staff.

the staff were very friendly and professional. I knew my car were in good hands. they got my car finish in no time with nice wash down to top it all off. God forbid, if I were ever to get in another car accident I would come back to them without second thoughts.

Having an accident is a real bummer. But as soon as I dropped off my car at Gerber, recommended and guaranteed by my insurance company, I felt better. Josh was my contact person throughout the entire process, and he was super efficient, sending daily text updates on the progress of my car collision repair. They used only Subaru parts. I could not be more happy with the final repair and their professional manner in taking care of the customer.
