Had a great experience with Jeff and the rest of the team at Gerber. They had my car turned around quicker than expected, the repairs looked fantastic and they were willing to go the extra mile for me doing some touch up work and giving me the rest the paint they'd mixed up. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

A while back, I damaged my passenger side mirror and had it taped in place so it would not fall out. Of course, it was no longer operating properly and I finally decided to have it replaced. I called Gerber Collision and spoke with manager John who told me he would order a new mirror for me. I went to the shop today, 4/18/2017 and John looked at my existing mirror. He said he may be able to fix it. And he did. No replacement, no charge! John and the staff members are friendly and respectful, which I appreciate. You will too.

Gerber's people did an excellent job fixing my SLK230 after a rear-end collision. They couldn't find a replacement bumper so they repaired the damaged one and you absolutely cannot tell it from a new one. Their staff are extremely courteous and friendly. All in all a pleasant experience, considering the reason, and I will recommend them to friends and relatives if they ever need a little TLC for their car.

I am resubmitting my comments as it seems I was unable to submit my first review. I was very pleased with the service I received from Gerber for my car repairs. Both the receptionist and the estimator (Sergio L.) were extremely courteous and informative. I picked up my car today (3/31) and the repair work done was well done and the car had been washed. In fact, I referred a friend today to Gerber for her car repairs and she has an appt. on Monday (4/3). I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you.
