Fantastic service. Quick response when called. I loved that Gerber kept me in the loop everyday. Each day I would get a call as to how far along they were. No problems when I went to pick up the vehicle. Great service all the way around.

Her estimate was spot on with the other quotes we had obtained. Because of her honestly and friendliness, we went with Gerber because we felt they would take care of us best... and they did. Wonderful customer service... courteous & accommodating!!! Auto repair was done w/ great efficiency & workmanship within a very small turnover time. We were surprised that they even handled our rental return. What more, they kindly helped double-check & keep safe a personal belonging, accidentally left in the rental for us. Will definitely refer to them for any possible future auto repairs & likewise, recommend to others.
