They provided quality service and had my best interest at heart the whole time. Tom went out of his way (even after weeks of problems that were not their fault) to make sure my 9-month old car was back to 100%.

Russ was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful during the ENTIRE process. A huge helpful factor is the text message updates from beginning to end. Tracy was just as willing to help and very thorough! She looked even better than brand new (just as we took her in as new). Fatima's customer service as the front desk, could have been a little friendlier. Overall... we will most definitely ONLY use this location from here forward and will recommend this location specifically to our friends and family!

This is the fifth time I have had my car in for repairs at Gerber. My car is a magic for other cars. The first time Gerber was recommended to me. I am so glad it was. The last four times I have insisted they do my repairs. They are friendly, professional and excellent machanics. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.
