Collision damage repairs made the truck look like new. Perfect two-tone paint match. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the shop kept me informed with text updates explaining the status of the repair project. This is the 3rd collision repair I have had completed at this shop, and the shop has rated at the top of my scale every time. If I ever need repair work done again, I will definitely come back to this shop.

This branch is amazing! We took our 2017 Range Rover over a year ago and dealt with Preston. Smart young man. He was also very nice and wonderful to deal with. Last week, I took my son's car for a hood repair and dealt with Preston again. He was very pleasant and once again amazing knowledge of his craft. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wonderful lady at the reception desk name Nicole. She's very patient with me over the phone no matter how many times I called. We hope we don't have to deal with repairs again, but in case we do (knock on wood) GERBER Collision and Repair in South Hill Spokane, WA is the place to go.

From the first time I contacted this company to discuss the repairs to my vehicle, I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist to the manager. The repairs were done well and in a timely manner. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I found fresh scratches and other damage in the same area that had just been fixed. The estimator who had handled most of the contact with me saw the damage and quickly figured out that someone else who had parked next to my vehicle had backed up and struck my vehicle. He alerted the manager, who quickly made arrangements to fix the damage and provide a rental car for my use. She said that they would check their video surveillance and figure out who caused the damage and then deal with them. I very much appreciated the quick handling of the situation and would not ... hesitate to come back if I am again in need of body work.
