"I just picked my vehicle up today , it needed front fender work from somebody hitting me in a parking lot. I took my car in for an estimate, they got me right in, and within a few days scheduled me an appointment to get the work done. Everyone there was very nice , Teddy was the woman at the front desk, and Bryan and Mike gave me the estimate and explained everything being done to the car. All very friendly, with great customer service! When I dropped it off they said they would sweep the car out before I got it back, thinking they would just do the floors in the front, well they went beyond, I can tell the windows, all the floors even the trunk was cleaned out!! I also liked the "Thank you coupon" for the paint glazing service, I will definitely be in to use that soon!"

I am writing about recent service received in your Warren location. The repairs appear to be as promised and they were completed early. What I was truly impressed by, however, was the level of customer service provided. In particular, Bryan Siegman was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive and provided almost daily updates as to the progress of repairs. The level of service provided was well beyond what I expected and certainly better than I have experienced in the past (from other companies, this was my first experience with Gerber). Please extend my appreciation and thanks to Bryan and the rest of your team at the Warren location.

I'd like to give my appreciation to the True2Form team in Warren, Ohio. Even though a part was shipped to the wrong location which caused a 2-day delay, I was very satisfied with the end result. I believe Mike was the manager who helped me out. He was easy to talk to, made things simple and clear to understand, and let me come in on the Saturday to get my baseball glove out of my trunk due to the 2 days extra needed (and I play softball on Sundays). I would love an opportunity at this $50 drawing to use toward a very small/thin paint crack on my passenger side door. Either way, thanks for the good work.. and thanks again to Mike. Great customer interaction.

Today I took my car to this location to have it detailed and to have several scratches buffed out. I met with Larry, who was absolutely wonderful. They detailed my car from front to back and did an amazing job. The car looks, the price couldn't be beat, and they completed the work in a very short amount of time. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. Thank you.

'Had a few minor issues that were not a result of True2From Warrren error but overall satisfied. First bumper was damaged when received and the second bumper was a different style bumper. I was notified to come at the look at the bumper before they installed it to make sure I was what we wanted. Good Job & Thank you'
