Excellent service and communication while my car was being serviced. Daily phone calls followed by text messages Then, when my car was finished, they stayed open past their regular hours for car pick-up. Asked me if I had any questions and went over the repair invoice! This was my third experience with Gerber Collision & Glass and I give them 5 stars l! They even went above and beyond the repair. I believed that my backseat window was scratched on the inside because of a piece of furniture that I forced into the backseat; however, when i tried to wipe it, the scratch/mark didn't come off. When I told them that this mark was not from the accident and it was on the inside and probably needs replaced. The long mark across the window was gone! As Usual great great job. I have to tell you that your manager Mr. D. is one of the friendliest, professional, efficient and cooperative people I have had to work with. His team always makes us feel as if we are their number 1 customer. We transport people with disabilities daily. Collision work was ok, but they forgot to reset computer after work was finished. Had to have it towed and found that a wire was not hooked up properly. Had no acceleration.

I had used Gerber Collision twice now and had two different insurance companies with one accident my fault and one not my fault, but it didn't matter. The work was excellent and the people were very nice and attentive! I would recommend their business to anyone!

My experience with Gerber Collision was really great. My car looked great when it was done. And they cleaned the inside and out, which was wonderful. There was a spot on my door and the gentleman buffed it out for me before I left and was more than happy to do it. My car was done in a timely matter, which made it really nice. And having Enterprise right beside there place made it really convenient. Thank you so much! I would recommend Gerber to all my friends. ??
