Jeff really went out of his way to tie up any lose ends that i had. He was very patient in the fact that i had to bring my daughter with me. They even gave the both of us a Carnation flower before we left. The service to the car & the customer service was GREAT!!! i will defineitly be back in the future along with refering my friends & family that may need the service.'

'Having an accident is a very difficult experience emotionally and physically. There are a lot of questions concerns and uncertainties. Progressive Insurance was very professional kind and efficient. The decision to chose True2Form by Progressive as a service center was an excellent decision. Something that should have been very stressful was not. The staff in the reception area was great. The car looks good too with a few extra touches thrown in.'
