I brought my car back in a couple of days after Gerber had finished the repairs. There wad a light on the dash. Carlos looked at it immediately, determined it was just a low tire warning, filled the tire, and I was on my way. My mistake! I would recommend Gerber to anyone--excellent body work and outstanding customer service.

Carlos V. is one of the most professional estimators I've ever dealt with. He made my whole experience a good one. I was so upset about my accident but his gentle calming voice assured me I had taken my car to the right shop. Not only will I continue to use this shop but I will recommend to everyone I come in contact with needing automotive repair work. Thank you again Carlos! Do to unfortunate circumstances I found that someone hit me while I was in a store. Needless to say my car is not even 6 months old and I was totally upset. It had been recommended to check this location out, let me tell you, I am beyond grateful and totally impressed by the customer service and outstanding workmanship Eduardo M. put into my experience with this establishment. My car came out looking better then when I purchased it and drove it off the dealership lot. It was like nothing ever happened. Thank you so much for proving that quality work, professionalism and old school kindness are still in the community. Your boss has a quality person on his team.

A few years ago after an accident, Gerber Victorville fixed my car and that began a journey. Gerber staff were professional, beyond helpful in those pandemic days when supply lines were stretched, kept their promises, and charged fair prices. Unlike anyone else, they were willing to discuss what parts of the car would be or wouldn't be fixed according to my wishes. The finished product was of obvious high quality, and I couldn't have been a happier customer. That experience led to three more visits not prompted by accidents, to a trusted place for small projects keeping my car in mint condition. This company is one of those little-black-book companies who do what they say they will, with quality and integrity.
