CA - 2609 W Ramsey St, Unit B, Banning - 4/11/25

Erica, Kim and Jose exceeded every expectation when I dropped my car off to be fixed. Not only is their customer service at the top level, but they also go above and beyond to walk you through the process and keep you updated on the process of your car being fixed. I have been working on my master's degree, so I have let small chores go to the wayside, including cleaning my car. I was so pleasantly surprised to get my car back detailed, washed, and vacuumed out. I was not expecting that at all, so I was so grateful they took the time to make sure my car was not only perfect on the outside but also perfect on the inside. Thank you so much for all your hard work! It does not go unnoticed, and it is very much appreciated. from one happy customer!!

The entire process was smooth and quick. Would definitely come back here if ever the need arises. The work was superb and was completed quicker than expected. Very thankful to Fernando, the reception and the rest of the team. Always was greeted and checked on when I arrived as well as water and coffee was a nice treat. Again very thankful and no further recommendations on improvement just to continue being great.

I visited Gerber Collision & Glass in Lincoln, CA last Monday to get an estimate for my 2023 Toyota 4Runner, which had a dent and chipped paint on the right quarter post. Abbie promptly took photos of my vehicle and provided a detailed estimate and information within 15 minutes. I returned the next day to move forward with the repair. Throughout the process, Abbie kept me updated and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with both the quality of the service and the repair work itself. I had the opportunity to watch Eric, the technician, skillfully repair the dent. He even checked in with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the results-he was very helpful and professional. Abbie, Brittney, and Eric all provided excellent service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend Gerber ... I would like to say thank you to the Gerber collision team for making sure that everything was completed for my vehicle and also to get the lowest possible deductible that I could get for my insurance company. They went above and beyond and my deductible was $0. They make sure that I had a rental vehicle picked up and dropped off at their facility. I would like to thank Katie she is the one that helped me with the filing and claim for my vehicle. For the repairs for my vehicle they were done within one business day. I would highly recommend using Gerber collision and I will recommend family and friends to them

Wonderful experience from start to finish! From the assessment to getting picked up from the rental company customer service was beyond expectations and made my anxious self feel more at ease with all the help I was getting. I was even happily surprised to get my car back washed!! Great experience from this collision center and I only wish my time with them was longer :) the entire trip took 2 days so it was faster than anticipated but I was in communication with them about my car continously throughout the repair which made waiting feel less stressful!
