EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE is what I have to say about my time here. I came after an accident with a motorcycle. My insurance covered everything. From the minute I stepped in I was greeted by Trina she was wonderful and really helpful she made the process a breeze. I was greeted by a man named Tony who brought me up to speed on what my car looked like and what would be the next steps in fixing my vehicle and get me back on the road. The whole process what stress free and amazing. 5 stars all around.

Gerber Collision did an excellent job of repairing my car after a small rear end accident. They communicated well, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the repairs when promised. They had excellent customer service when I returned almost a year later for a warranty repair of my hatchback door. And again they were professional, communicated well, and did excellent work.

Needed my windshield replaced and was referred to this business by my insurance company. When the appointment was made over the phone by the corporate office, I asked how long it would take and I was told about 1.5 - 2 hours and I could just wait at the location. So I went prepared with water and a book. I was willing to wait in the waiting room which is very clean. The staff saw that I was going to wait and spoke to the head person and before I knew it they were offering to drive me home and come back it get me when the car was ready. They were so nice and accommodating!! I which I had body work that needed to be done on the car too! The driver, Bryant, was new but very friendly, respectful and professional. He even waited until I was safely inside my house before driving away. Great Staff and Great Customer Service. Next time I get hit, ... I'm going to Gerber!! read more

I took my car to get body work done and everyone was excellent with there assistance , they took care of the rent a car call for me they called every few days to keep me posted as too what was going on with my car, Viviann at the front desk was very welcoming upon arrival and Daniel my estimator was great as well with helping me with my car , I will definitely be taking my cars in there if I need to again without question

Being in a car accident/fender bender is NEVER fun especially when it isn't your fault and you are fighting with insurances, however Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland, CA made sure my experience with them was nothing short but AMAZING. The staff was extremely nice, professional, and communicated with me very well. Although I never want to be in this situation again, but if I had to be, I would definitely make sure they take care of my car again. I felt safe and honesty with them. Oh and Vivian, she is definitely the right person to greet all the customers. Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland,, CA.

They kept me updated on the repairs and I got my car back in a timely manner with the work done well Both Thomas and Trina were wonderful with the whole process and I would recommend Gerber Collision for any collision repair needs
