Would give this place 10 stars if I could!! Very personal and professional and even delivered our vehicle to our home when work was completed due to a family funeral that kept us from picking up in the day they finished our repairs. Fast forward a year and four months later our headlights quit working and was very quick and diagnosing the issues and fixing. The lifetime warranty on work done was a lifesaver. Jay was so Great to deal with!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! One of the best experiences in customer service that I've ever had!!

The whole office was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done to my car and made me feel welcomed. I destroyed the front bumper of my Mercedes. When I picked the car up, it looked amazing with the new bumper and new paint - it was perfect -my car looks like new. Thank you! They deserve 4 stars - I will recommend them to everyone I know.

They were very professional, easy to work with - everyone made you feel welcomed - great group of people. I destroyed the front bumper of my Mercedes and they did an amazing job - the new bumper and the paint job are superb. My car looks like new. Gerber Collision was amazing! I hit a deer right before Thanksgiving. Gerber was on the list of preferred collision companies that State Farm sent me! They had my car fixed in 3 weeks, always kept me updated on the progress, parts they were waiting on, etc. I felt like I had a brand new car when I picked it up! Thank you Gerber! I would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience, Vehicle was repaired and returned ahead of estimated completion date. Regular texts and calls were received on progress of the work and the changes to completion schedule. All the eprsonnel that I encountered were pilite and professional. And to top it all off, the verhicle was returned super clean inside and out - the interior was a little bit of a mess when delivered so the cleaning was appreciated.

I ran into a small wall in my neighbour's yard. I received a first estimate of $ 1250 for repairs. After they took the he door apart, they found out that there was a lot of damage inside the door, and I needed a new door. They procured the new door in 2 days and I had my car back one week in beautiful shape, detailed inside and out and with excellent repair done. I was given instructions about how and when to wash it and the job was excellent. Thank you so much Eric and company for the excellent service I received. I was also told that the work has a lifetime warranty.
