Absolutely AMAZING job done on my car. The first body shop did a terrible job BOTH times. Gerber cleaned up the mess of the previous shop and blew them out of the water. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff and most importantly thank you to Bobby for the outstanding customer service. Keeping in contact and letting me know what was going on. You told me I would love it when you were done and I sure did. So thank you and staff again. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone.

Submitting this for my mom who doesn't have a computer. Mom has a 2000 Grand Marquis and the rear driver's side window needed a new regulator/motor as it was no longer working. Bob and Jean were terrific and ordered the part for her and had the job done in short order. They took great care of her in a very courteous and professional manner and as she is 88 years old, they were also very patient and understanding. Won't hesitate to recommend these folks to others.
