The team sent updates daily and called to provide in detail status. The body work and painting provided by the Titusville location made the car look brand new. On the recommendation of a family member that has had prior work done on their vehicle, we stopped in here to get an opinion on some scratches in the driver door of our Jeep. I was not sure if it was a relatively easy buff out or if the scratches were deep enough to require a repaint. Cathy evaluated the issues immediately, and told us that it was okay, scratches were relatively minor, and would not require a repaint. She even tried herself while we waited to see if their professional grade compound would work, as the DIY products I tried did nothing, but it requred a bit more effort, (wet sand and buff) and she recommended Reid's Detailing just up the road (separate review...) but for the puropose of this review, the staff at Gerber was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They could have easily told me that the damage was enough ... to require a costly repaint, but they told me no, not necessary, and told me to have it wet sanded and buffed, that would fix the problem, and indeed it did. I would highly recommend Gerber for their good work, and honest opinions. Excellent company to do business with, very satisfied, and I will be back if the need arises! read more

We had used Gerber before and was amazed by their service. We recently had a rear window broken on our SUV. Again this happened just before we were going out of down. They got the ball rolling with State Farm, and our installation was ASAP. While repairing the window it was noticed that our rear window wiper moter was also damaged. Jonas(repair man) called the office and they found the part needed to repair moter and install window the same day.Wow!! what more can you ask for, they are the BEST.
