No one wants to face a collision event especially when it was mindless behavior by a shopper who inflicted damage with their shopping cart into the tailgate of my brand new 2020 Tundra that doesn't even have 20K miles on it yet. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy. But, to my surprise and delight, after Gerber Collision of Watauga, Texas delivered my car back to me, I couldn't tell, even under my scrupulous eye where the damage had been done. Happy doesn't express my feelings appropriately as I just couldn't believe a job could be done that flawlessly. Not only was it done to perfection, they delivered my car to my home a full two days before they committed to have it done. Talk about amazing. I took a 2018 Prius in to get some damage fixed on the back door. Was told a few days they got the work done in two. Great on my Birthday and door looks new, plus was paying this out of my own money; since I had picked it up from a dealer. Used them a lot and every time outstanding work has been done. Thanks!!

I had my truck in and out of shop at Gene Messer for at least 4 months they never could get it right. The adjuster finally told me to take it to Gerber Collision best thing I ever did they finally got it back to where it should be.Great Employees and Management.I took truck in on July 26th 2021 for a light issue they repaired it in a matter of minutes just great customer relations they earned my business and I will make sure to tell family and friends about Gerber Collision.And I've got to say my Adjuster James from GEICO did very well also he stood by me every step of the way.THANKS GERBER Yall THE BEST IN LUBBOCK.

We had an excellent experience getting our Honda CRV fixed. I found the entire Gerber staff to be friendly and professional. I received text message updates throughout the repair process as well as phone calls from our estimator, Jamel, verbally describing the current status. Jamel went above and beyond in my opinion to make this a positive experience for us. I came to Gerber due to a negative experience with another auto body company in Austin. Gerber will be my obvious first choice for any future repairs and I highly recommend, especially the location in Pflugerville, TX.

Just want to take the time to thank Gerber Collision for the speedy process to get my truck back to me. I would just like to thank the staff and technicians who provided the excellent service they gave to me. I have a custom paint job on my truck which I was scared would not match and Brad, the painter got it spot on.
