Great bunch of folks. Receptionist is very friendly and so is the staff. They took great care of my car and had it finished earlier than expected. Paint job blended well and can't tell the difference. I'm so happy

Replaced front windshield. The work was done at my home. Jason was our service technician. Was in and out in less than an hour. Very orderly in his work. Showed high level of skill. Transferred all essential tags on windshield and rear view mirror. From first contact with Melinda and and her follow-up to Jason showing up and his no nonsense work ethics. Great experience This Glass master is owned by Gerber Collision & Glass in The Colony who we had a good experience when they repaired our Toyota Highlander. Highly recommend their services.

Took our 2015 Tahoe in for paint job. Completed it in three sgements. excellent work. Show room finish. Everyone from the Jasmin at front desk to employees Raul P and the service manager Ronnie. Good friendly communication reasonable cost to paint. They have good team. Third vehicle we have taken to Gerber in past 18 months.

Dropped off truck at Temple location but due to high volume they sent truck to Austin Howard Rd location. Ray was great. He kept me informed as to status of repair. I was able to reach him every time I tied. Work looks great. Would definitely recommend Gerber to friends and would would use them again if needed. Again Ray was great and an asset to your company.

My daughter was bumped from behind and her sensors were knocked into the bumper. The other driver left without giving any information. I took the car to Gerber for an estimate in hopes that it wouldn't be too expensive. I was greeted by Ronnie. He took time out to look at the car, asked questions for clarification and then offered to fix the sensors Monday morning. Ronnie's customer service is unmatched. I had questions and he took time to answer making sure I understood. I highly recommend Gerber collision. Professional, great communication, friendly and very knowledgeable of the industry.

The body work that was done and the paint job both look great. Zach C was our estimator and he delivered as promised. He gave good detail on what would be done, and it was done in a timely manner. We were having a challenge getting over to pick the car up before our vacation, but he offered to deliver it and he did so with a smile...great service! Also, the receptionist Lexi was very friendly.
