Hello, my experience with Gerber went well. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle. When I received my vehicle, all repairs were done exactly as they stated . I will use there services in the future if need be also I would refer any friends or family members to Gerber.

Fantastic customer service and workmanship! The whole side of my car was wrecked when a car scraped against it's side and metal was bent on the door and and back panel. Now looks good as new. I can't even tell that anything happened. Also Jennifer was very accommodating to my short time status since I had to leave for a trip, and made sure that it got priority so I could pick the car up in time. They even gave me a ride home the first day I dropped the car off. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service and kindness! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants reasonable prices, quick service, and impeccable, professional results!

within an hour of my accident, went to GERBER COLLISION, they spoke with my insureance, set up wtih a rental car and I was on my home. AWESOME customer insureance. Jennifer was extrememly professional and compassionate about being upset from the accident. Would reccomend anyone and everyone to come here.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!@! drove in at 415, they took care of me and had me at the rental Enterprise and headed home in less than 30 min or less. Jennifer was the person who pulled the rabbit out the hat and created magic. i was home in less that an hour from the time of the accident to the time of getting a rental care and sent home and did not have to worry about my care. it was in safe hands. defnitiely go here....
