This was a WOW experience! We had a minor accident, but the vehicle wasn't drivable or risk damaging a tire (no one was injured thankfully). Within 30 minutes (or less) of being towed to Gerber, I received a text message with a link to information about my vehicle, along with an estimated time I could expect it to be ready. By the next day, the estimate information was populated and each following day, I received a text message with status information stating they were still on track with the estimated pick up day. On about day 4, in addition to the text status, I received a personal phone call. My vehicle was ready when they said and you can't tell there was any repair (and I have a discriminating eye). In January, my vehicle was damaged by a tree in my apartment complex. As a new resident to FL, I was quite distraught when this occurred; however my insurance company set me up with Gerber and they were exceptional! My car was towed to Gerber within 24 hours. Gerber kept me incredibly informed throughout the entire process and even stayed open late for me to pick-up my vehicle. My vehicle had over $15,000 worth of damage & still rides like new (because of Gerber). I really appreciated them cleaning it as well!

an outstanding experience. i was informed every step of the repair. the facility was neat clean and the people very friendly. i would recommend this GERBER location to anyone in fact i intend to use them again very soon w/o insurance. but most important mom was very pleased if mom happy then everybody is happy. THANK YOU for the fast trouble free experience.

Great job of repairing paint on rear bumper. Had a short time to get repair done and they made every effort to insure that it was ready when I needed it. Did everything possible to accommodate me with rides etc.

From reception to collision services, everyone at Gerber was courteous and professional. The work was completed on time and the quality of the repairs was obvious. I particularly appreciated the detailed explanation of the work that was done and the updates I received on progress.
