I spoke to a supervisor under the name of Chris regarding my issue with my auto glass installation I encountered. He turned my experience from a rough beginning to a very pleasant experience. From the beginning Chris was very pleasant to speak with and was very apologetic on the issue. He did his part and managed to get my issue solve in a matter of hours! Fast and efficient. Provided answers to my questions. Explained process and called and informed of status and when car would be ready. Fast checkout and explained how to protect collision area for the first 30 days. Hopefully, won't need collision service again, but if I do I know where to go.

I was recently in my first car accident. My insurance company referred me to Gerber for repairs. I live less than 5 minutes from Gerber, yet had never heard of them. I agreed and had my repairs done there. My husband and I could not be happier with the work done. Our car looks better than it did before the accident! The gentleman I was working with was professional and very courteous and make this repair easier on me.
