Our Terrain was involved in an accident which left a damaged right front fender//head light. We took the car into the shop on Wednesday, April 2nd and they thought it would probably take until the 18th of April and had a rental for us to use while outs was being repaired. This was a hugs help for us so was able to use the rental car for the duration of the repair work. We were very pleased to find that we had a message on the answering machine on Thursday, April 10th in the morning to say our vehicle was finished and ready for us to pick up. They went over all that the details as to the repairs and that w shouldn't was/wax the car ourselves our driving through a car wash. They always go above and beyond!!! The general manager is the star of this place and works to ensure all customers are happy. Getting things done the right way is always at the forefront. Johnny did an awesome job walking me through my options for a small paint repair. Most others would had trying to take advantage fo the situation, but Johnny didn't and will get my business for all my future auto repair needs. I've owned 40 cars and this guy is a gem for car lovers.

Gerber has a convenient online damage estimate tool, and I followed-up with an in-person estimate. Both were detailed, and within $50 of one another. A repair was scheduled and arrangements made for a rental car, so when I dropped off my car I immediately had a rental to use. During the repair process I received several messages on the progress, and the vehicle was ready just as they had estimated. The quality of the repair was excellent, and even the interior appeared to have been cleaned. My wife and I used Gerber Collision on two prior occasions, with equally great results.

Very happy with the service and the completion of repair on our Audi 2017 A3. I appreciated the weekly updates on progress and really appreciated their compliance with our insurance rates (USAA), without an added charge. I highly recommend this shop to repair car damage. I especially appreciate it's location, close to our home, making drop off and pick up easy.
