I have been to a few body shops throughout the years to have work done on a 1959 MGA. When I got hit from behind coming off the turnpike, I sent the car to Kisselback Ford because I wanted it replaced correctly. When Ford called and said they were not a collision center, I was very leery to take my car to a body shop. They suggested Gerber Collision and Glass. The folks there could not have been more accommodating and kept me up to speed with the progress of my vehicle. I was SO PLEASED with the attitude as well as the professionalism from everyone there. One of the Guys even offered to stay late so I could pick my car up after work. If all Gerber Collision and Glass locations have the same attitude and Customer Service as the one on 13th St. in St. Cloud, anyone would be a fool to take their business elsewhere.

The gerber staff kept me inform each day by text and calls everthing was done to perfection to my surprise my vehicle was completed 3 days earlier then estimated this will be my shop and i d o recommend gerber to all my family and friends

After being stressed out over a hit and run accident, my insurance company sent me to Gerber for a damage estimate. They gave me a reasonable estimate and time required for repair. They had me transported to the rental car location as well. Everything was done on time with no surprises. They even kept me informed each day with a text or phone call. It alleviated much of my stress and put me back in my own car as quickly as possible. Great customer service.

Great service. The employees are very nice and work hard to get the car repaired in a timely manner despite having to wait on parts. I've gone here twice for my repairs and they do such a great job!

From my first call i was inform by the young lady how the process of the claim also she explained from beginning to how they will take care of the claim all i had to do was sign Mr. R. and Mr. H. took care of everything my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened great facility great service this is the best shop I recommend this shop thank you for your service.
