I was very pleased with the repairs that were done at Gerber. This was my first time handling a repair on my car on my own and the process was extremely easy thanks to the office staff. From the CSR, estimator, and manager, they all made the process so much easier and pleasant during a stressful time. My car looks great! I highly recommend this location if you ever need repairs! I had hit a deer and brought my car there for repairs. I had nothing but a wonderful experience. the girls at the front desk where friendly informative thorough and kind. the work on the car was perfect and the inside was even cleaned when it was not part of the repair. I could not be happier.

Got rear-ended in traffic on Hwy 95. Repairs took just a week and a half from the time I dropped it off until I picked it up! I expected it to take months to get all the parts and do all the repairs and paint. Paint matches perfect on a 10 year old car. They used all Toyota OEM parts, and even upgraded my trailer hitch from $150 Draw Tite to a $600 Toyota hitch. Kept me super informed every step of the way by text. Extremely pleased with quality of work and level of customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Hope I never get in a car accident again, but if I do, I know where I will take the car. Thank you Gerber!

I walked in because my BMW was hit on the backside of my fender. Today's problem is a lack of concern. BUT I have to give Brandon C. 5 stars because he surprised me and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in Chase took me by the hand literally , helped me process the claim and was so nice about it. You guys are so lucky to have a team member like this.
