Great customer service, great repair. I worked with David martinez in regard to my quote and assistance after the repair. He was curteous and helpful during the whole process. He explained the procedure to me and continued to communicate throughout. I met with David again when I picked up my car today 10.29.12 and was greeted warmly. He explained again what was done and answered some questions for me. I am very pleased with the results of the repair as well as the customer service. I will be recommending Gerber to others.

Once again my matthew herthberger had shown his consistency in devoting his un-divided attention to every customer to walks in seeing help for car trouble/probrma.s Takes time explaining every detail that needs to be done, and why. Offers the best solution to dix the problem with honesty. His promptness in delivering his word in terms of when the car is ready to be picked up is even sooner than expected. Mr. Hershberger is no doubt exceeding his potentials and is truly an asset to Gerber. He deserves the highest commendation. Thank you and congratulations for a job well done as always.

I have had my car repaired at Gerber Collision before, but the experience that I have had this pass month has been exceptional. David Martinez was great you could not have asked for better service. I got a call from him every Tuesdays and Thursdays with an update and on what was taking place. I believe he went above and beyond his call of duty.
