What a service & communication,I was totally impressed the way Jason was providing update on every other day where the car is what is going on and when you will expect the repair will be done. When I went to pick up car they explain each and everything what they have done walk thru the total bill steps. Wonderful Job which I have never experience in last 50 years. Please keep up the good work.

I just had the most wonderful experience at Gerber Collision & Glass in Schaumburg. Estimator Jay T and Steven, the gentleman that worked on my car exceeded all my expectations on what great service should be. I came in with a 2015 Nissan Rouge which had a back fender cover which had been popped out after a fender bender with an audi. I asked him to be honest and give me the worse case scenario and the best. Well he looked at it and said it could range anywhere from 40-about $200 but he would know better after his body man Steve took a look. Then he said, if you have a few minutes let us try and see what we can do. Steve came in with his tools and I stood behind him as he proceeded to fix the fender cover. When I asked him how much I owed him he had a smile on his face and just said "no worries, no charge" I couldn't believe ... it. I was beyond happy and grateful. Not only did I not have to put in an insurance claim, he didn't charge me a cent. Now mind you, I know nothing about cars and over the years a mechanic sees me coming and when I walk in the door it's $500 at the least every time. This was the first time in my life I have ever had this happen. I want to stand on the rooftop to recommend Gerber to everyone I know. I am not saying that they are going to work on your car for free. But what I can say and do believe, is that they are going to be honest. Tell you to get more estimates and probably beat them all. Hail Damage to my vehicle occurred in early May, 2018 which resulted in calling my Insurance Agent. I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass for an estimate and decided to have the work completed by Gerber C & G. The vehicle was left with Jimmy C. and when my wife and I picked up the vehicle, it was amazing to see that all dents due to the hail were gone. The vehicle was clean and looked shinny and we knew the crew were professionals. It was much appreciated that the staff worked with the Insurance Company and had the vehicle ready in 3 and 1/2 days.

Above and Beyond. From the moment I called and talked to Nicki and Andrea, I knew I was in good hands. They took great care of me on the phone and in the office. My claim was written up by Jay. He is amazing! Great to work with and made me feel comfortable leaving my "baby" with him. I also dealt with Jason. He was great! When I picked up my car he showed me all the work. It was pouring out so he had the car wiped off so I can see the work. I did not notice everything until I started to look around while driving. The whole inside was clean and vacuumed! The windows were even done! You are amazing. The car was buffed and clean. I have been shouting your praises to everyone I know. I have posted on YELP as well as your website and Facebook. Thank you for making this horrible experience great!
