Though this repair was due to a “no fault” accident, I am very grateful that the General Manager, Matt Henneken, took extra care in making my 2007 Grand Prix look and smell like a brand new car! I was really pleasantly surprised. All the personnel at the Gerber-Estes were very kind and thoughtful and I would highly recommend this facility for their keen awareness and ability to pay attention to detail. The repair was done in a timely fashion, in fact it was finished almost a week ahead of the estimated finish time. They did a beautiful job and you cannot tell that anything was damaged on the car. He took personal attention of my '97 Mustang and seemed to understand how much I cared for my car and seemed to take extra care of my car. From start-to-finish, I was completely blown away with this company -- their customer service is impeccable as is their repair work. I received a very reasonable quote through their iPhone application and with just a couple of pics of the damage and the vin, it took about 2 days to get my quote. Once I was able to make an appointment, I called and set it all up. I was able to bring in my car the very next day. Throughout the process, they would send me updates about my car's repair work through texts and I heavily appreciated that. My car was scheduled to be done by the following Tuesday, but it was done more quickly and I got it back on Friday. Melissa at the front desk was a peach and Matt who repaired my car did an outstanding job.

Had an outstanding expierence with Matt at Gerber. We were not able to drop off our car on Monday to be worked on so Matt worked with us on having our car dropped off on Saturday and allowing us to have a rental an extra two days so that we would be able to be at our work on time on Monday. Also the work done on our Passat was very well done and looked brand new after it was completed.

extremely pleased with great service, friendly staff. The work on the bumper was perfect. The best part was when I got into my car, I could not believe my eyes, the inside of my car from the carpeting to the dashboard looked like new, to my surprise. It hasn't looked that good since I drove it off the lot of the dealer in 2004. Thanks again, I will be sure to tell my friends about the great job and excellent service I received.

Everyone that helped with the repair of my vehicle helped to make a horrible experience easy. It was a pleasure to work with Nicole, Laurie and Steve. My looked great when it was returned. Jose did a fantastic job detailing my vehicle. It looked like new. It was so nice dealing with people that actually took the time to explain everything in detail to me that was being done with my vehicle and to answer any questions i had throughout the process. My co-workers use this Gerber location too.
