Everyone was sooo friendly!!! From the front desk to a gentleman assisting the front desk. Multiple calls with updates, great! Gentleman who I think was from the back of the shop, happened to come to the front desk and saw me waiting and assisted me promptly!!! Amazing! So friendly!!! Oh, and they washed and vacuumed my car, which was a pleasant surprise!!! My car is brand new!

We were involved in an accident in our vehicle, and we took our vehicle to Gerber on the advise of the insurance company of the second driver, as they would be handling the claim. We had such a positive experience with Gerber from the first time we arrived, to the day we picked up our car. We were initially met by Darryl Harris who did the initial estimate on our car. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable regarding the process of repairing our car and the process with the insurance company. We scheduled an appointment to start the repairs. When I brought our car back for the repairs, I was met by another employee, I don't have her name, but she too was extremely polite and professional. Later that same day I was called by Darryl who advised they found additional damage after the car was disassembled. This was not a ... surprise to me as Darryl explained in our initial meeting that this was possible. He advised it would take 3 days to repair our car. I received a call the day after we brought the car in and was advised that the repairs to our car had been completed. We met with the General Manager Matt H. who also was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with the entire process of getting our car repaired by the Gerber team, plus our car was repaired to perfection. The young lady who worked behind the reception desk was also extremely polite and professional, but I don't have her name either. Thanks so much for making the inconvenient process of getting in an accident and getting our car repaired so painless. I would definitely use Gerber again, and would highly recommend your services to family and friends. Thank you. read more

IThismorning I was looking for an Auto repair shop just to install a front grill for my car. I was recommended to go to Getber Collision & Glass and to talk to Matt. So I walk in and ask a young lady in the reception area firMatt. Matt came in and greeted me . I ask him if he can install the grill and how much. He ask for my keys and told me to stay inside. He went out there in the cold and without hesitation he installed it . Afterwards I ask him how much are the charges and he said nothing. I ask him again , are you serious? He said yes . What a wonderful man and a gentleman Matt is , first of all to go out there on a cold and installed the grill . It is really good to know that there's still a wonderful man left out there. I can tell that he runs his business with integrity and honesty. I highly recommend this place to everyone. ... For that Matt I give your company the highest rating in the whole wide world. Great service from start to finish! Denise and Jessica handled all of the estimate, insurance and car rental details. Repair was completed earlier than the 3 days it was scheduled for. When I picked up my car, it was clean and detailed. Matt did a great job of explaining the repair and warranty. Thank you for making the repair process an easy experience!
