Emmie is unbelievably competent and sweet at the location in Sanford, Florida at 3941 West State Road 46. I received consistent text updates phone calls. The mechanics are very good there as well! I have been hit 3 times in a year and a half, and have gone to this Gerber location each and every time. I have had perfect results always! Thanks for great service and great people.

My 2012 Lincoln MKZ was clipped on the front in Savannah Ga. Thanks to the meticulous efforts of TJ and all the auto body staff it has been restored to it previous beauty. When generic aftermarket parts didnt fit, TJ made sure they got OEM to replaced the front end..so it would look like new again. You restored her to me whole again. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone who needs a good auto body shop. Thanks

For the repairs needed on my vehicle, I shopped two other collision repair shops. Gerber Collision & Glass was definitely a good choice. Amazing service and quality of repairs! Zak worked to make sure I had a great experience. After bringing my vehicle in for an estimate to repaint the hood and bumper, I quickly received an accurate and detailed quote while Zak described the process. I was able to get on the schedule for the same week and had my car back within 72 hours. My Mustang GT came out better than I could have ever imagined. My vehicle was finished sooner than expected and Zak kept me informed during the entire process with frequent updates. I highly recommend Gerber Collision for any body work needed. I will definitely be using them for any future paint/body services.

Zak did an excellent job explaining to me how the repairs were going to work and he worked very well to clarify the different repairs from 2 separate collisions and he needed to work with 2 different insurance companies. He was also flexible to change dates of the repair start and he waited for the "estimator" of the second insurance company. He was also able to fit the schedule to make additional body repairs beyond the repairs for the collisions. I paid for the additional repairs.It was a pleasure to work with him. It was also a pleasure to work with Magalis in the front desk and she assisted with the renal car and all the necessary paper work. Keep up the good work!!!
