My brand new 2015 Legacy (2500 miles) had a little mishap. It was suggested I take it to Gerber's in Ruskin and I am not sorry I did. The texts updates throughout the process were a riot to read. When a delay occurred because they couldn't get the parts (the car was too new) I was informed promptly. Then we picked the car up, OMG. It looks like nothing ever happen (the entire left side was damaged). The paint job was perfect. These guys are like artist. Even the office personnel were pleasant and helpful. These folks turned the nightmare into just a bad dream. Thanks!!

Great service. General manager was very kind and helpful. Estimate for repair was half price compared to other auto repair in area, without even negotiating. They ordered the parts ahead of time so the job did not take long at all. The collision repair looked as good as new. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone seeking for a reasonable estimate and good customer service.

Today I met Samantha M. and Robert D. Samantha took my order and then got back to making a lot of efficient calls to customers & insurance carriers. Robert Drain saw my problem as a 5-minute issue and volunteered to have my bumper bent back for free. I cannot tell you how impressive he was and how professional. I will tell my friends and I will be back. It only took 5 minutes but it was sooooo appreciated.

The service was excellent! Ron and his Staff were amazing and very friendly. My car came out of the shop like it was brand new. I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone and everyone.
