I approached this location cauriously after being bumped by another company for self paying. They had insurance work that was a higher priority. This store's estimate was slightly higher, but they assured me they could schedule my body work and have my car finished in 5 days. They did it in 4.5 days, the work was outstanding. I received a progress text daily and a phone call day 3 and 5 to handle progress reports. The car is beautiful, cleaned in and out and in the end it came in $800 under estimate. Body work is perfect, Paint match is undetectable, perfect spot on color. This is my second time to have repair and paint at Gerber and have been pleased both times. One suggestion is that they should do a complete walk around with you when you come to pick up your car.

Repairs to extensive damage were very well done, my formerly new car was restored to as good as new condition. Gerber staff was attentive and courteous, keep me informed of any problems and updated me regularly on the progress being made. Just be prepared to have your vehicle in the shop longer than original estimates - but it does take time to do the repairs right. I would use their services again.
