I just wanted to compliment Bryan and his team at our local Gerber location. We were involved in a small collision that was resolved through the insurance process. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks amazing. However, the even more impressive part was that while the car was waiting in their lot, it received some more minor damage. Bryan immediately let me know about it, said he would take care of it, and completed that repair quickly as well. I will definitely be referring this Gerber location to friends and family.

I was first disappointed since my car was in their garage for 10 days waiting for a part while I was paying for a rental car. Finally the part came in and the job was finished within 48 hours. I drove out to pick up the car on a snowy blizzard-y day and the car was promptly ready for me. They even pulled it up to the front door and turned on the heat so I could jump right in. The people were so courteous, especially the guy (name?) who called me with progress reports and who was there to hand my car over to me.
