i was impress with the service and the calls i recieved from Gerber, Gail was the sells rep the called me and she was great. Gail set the appointment up and there was very little waiting, The Shop kept us inform on the repairs, and called us when the work was completed. It was a great experance with Gerber. I would like to thank the team at Gerber in Rome and Cartersville Georgia for outstanding customer service they provided in the repair of my car after hitting a huge chunk of tire tread on the highway. The incident was scary enough and the damage to my first new car was heart breaking. That was until I took my car in for repair where I was treated with a compassionate and efficient team. Their service made the whole situation just a little bump in the road. Hopefully I never have the need but if I do I will be taking my car back to them. Thank you Buddy and team!

The repair looked great. It took one more day than expected, but I was not inconvienced at all. It would have been better if they tried to contact me on my cell phone to give me updates. They only left messages at my home, and I am not there until late in the evening. I had to call to check on the status of the repair.

Gerber Collision of Rome is truly the best of Rome. The General Manager, Mr. Dahlin, kept me informed with every step of the process. He and his staff made me feel very welcomed, comfortable, and a collision center I know I can trust. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional everyone was at Gerber Collision of Rome. The repair was made very quickly and I had my car back the same day! I have already started referring friends and family to Gerber. A huge thank you to Mr. Dahlin for top-notch service!

I want to take a moment and offer my gratitude to the amazing staff of Gerber in Rome, GA. Ashley and everyone at the center are extremely courteous, professional and knowledgable. This is the first time I have been involved in any sort of auto accident and they were very understanding to my concerns and answered all of my questions thouroughly.
