Took car in on 21 December, with estimated completion date of 31 December. Was delighted when notified all repairs completed and auto ready on 23 December, especially as I was footing auto rental costs! Not only fixed, but washed and detailed inside...looked like it just came off dealer's floor. More than adequate progress reports by text messages to my semi-smart phone. Only problem: this old fossil never texts or checks for same...a telephone call would have been better! Keep in mind that elderly don't "live to play smart phone", we still talk to people.

Overall, I was pleased with the service at Gerber. Gordy, the estimator, came through with updates when he said he would. The hardest part was waiting the extra 3 days for the finishing touches. The best part was having the car delivered on the promised day because I wasn't able to get in during their working hours.

After scraping the corner of the front bumper on our garage door frame, I took the car in for what I assumed would be a significant cost to paint the bumper. We were well treated in the office and turned over to Sean G. He looked at the damage and asked us to wait in the office. When called back out to the car, we found all the apparent damage gone with only a minor (unnoticeable) abrasion left. We happily left your shop with a clean bumper and a smile. We hope to never need your services again, but if we unfortunately do, you can bet we will get right there. Thanks for treating your customers well.

I was recommended to Gerber Collision by my insurance. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Everyone at Gerber Collision was friendly and professional. Sean G did an amazing job on keeping me updated on the process of my car being repaired. And he sent me 20 plus photos of all of the damage my car had. My car looks great. Unfortunately the day I picked my car up something broke (not Gerber's fault, maybe a result from my accident) and I had to return it to Gerber however they were able to fix it and return it to me in just a few hours. Best part the rental company can pick you up there if needed. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I will use them again. Thank you to the whole staff at Gerber Collision.

Fantastic!! WOW!! What Service! What an amazing job! Matched my paint perfectly. finished the job a day early, and.. cleaned and vacuumed my whole car! Inside and Out!! I'm sure my car felt like it spent a day at the spa! Never been treated better!
