My car was recently repaired by the Brentwood location in Raleigh, NC. Charlie was the point of contact for me at Gerber. He did an excellent job keeping me informed of the repairs. I am grateful for all he and the staff did for me including washing my car!

Gerber repaired my vehicle after I was hit by a deer which did a lot of damage!! Charlie was very professional and really worked hard to get my car completed within a week as I was having to pay for a rental care while mine was in the shop. The customer service was exceptional, the quality of work was professional--they even washed my car when returned back to me!! Great folks to work with!! I recommend them for any body work that needs to be done

I had the best customer service experience at Gerber Collision! They are committed to providing the best servcie to their customers and THEY DO!! From start to finish, everyone was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Richard H. explained how everything would work, called a rental car service to pick me up and forwarded me a copy of my estimate almost immediately. Charlie called every other day to keep me posted on the progress of my car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a hard time. Thanks Gerber team!!
