Good work on paintless dent repair after hail damage. Excellent customer service and consideration of my schedule. Happy with the outcome of this repair so far. May upgrade to 5 stars once parts that were ordered have come in and are installed.

The service was fast, professional, and for this to be the first accident I had ever had through an insurance company that wasn't mine, this was easy to understand. Connie at the front desk was nice and polite every time we talked and Charles was polite and professional but down to earth.

The receptionist was outstanding! efficient and cheerful when I wasn't particularly happy! My Service representative, Rebecca, was, also, efficient and couldn't have been any nicer to deal with- My car looks outstanding! The part fixed looks brand new.

Received my car back 10 days earlier than expected. That allowed me to turn in my rental car early and save money. The repair to my car was fantastic. My car drives great and looks exceptional. I cannot even tell it was in a wreck. The painter Chad S. did an outstanding job on matching my paint. It is beautiful. Kelly called me twice a week to let me know how things were progressing. I was well pleased with my service.

Both Kelly and Brittany were extremely professional. I appreciated receiving text messages about the status of my vehicle repair. Kelly called me several times to let me know how things were going as well. Accidents happen but when it's not your fault and your new car is only 9 months old it's extremely upsetting! Great work; excellent updating via phone and text. I was 350 miles from home and they did their all to expedite repair without sacrificing quality and assuage. My anxieties with frequent communications over the 13 days they had my car. I'd recommend this shop to any and all with special kudos to Charley the project manager!
