Gerber in Plainfield did an exceptional job. They were helpful, courteous, prompt and the repair work on my son John's passenger front fender and door was top notch. Couldn't even tell there had been damage. The receptionist at the front desk was so pleasant and accomodating. The estimator Eddie V. went the extra mile in making our repair work painless. Where do I begin! We had my car taken to this shop location to be repaired. It was unfortunate it was hit by a fork lift - accident in a parking lot. The repair staff made phone calls each day telling us how things were going and what they were doing. Wow! Than was great! When it was complete - now it is beautiful - I got inside and something strange was present...I did not think it was my car because it was CLEAN on the inside! Double Wow! That is the greatest service we have had in a very long time. Thank you very much!
