Over the years I've unfortunately had to use way to many body shops. Never felt more appreciated by the staff , especially Gabby and Erin D. the estimator. Spent very little time wandering if I could get a rental and when I was approved had it there in minutes. I had planned a vacation and again re-assured that my vechicle needs would be met and went above to sure I had no worries. Great Job from start to finish, very deserving of 5 stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

I would recommend Gerber Collision to family and friends, because everyone was friendly and helpful and made the process easy.I was updated weekly regarding my HRV, while it was in the shop. I had a part on back order so they had my car for over 6 months. Valarie was trying everything to get my part in. I got my car back at the end of September and they did a great job. You can't even tell by looking at the car that there was body work done.

The staff was incredible when working with me AND my car. They explained every step of the procedure and were able to answer any questions that I have. The work that they did on my car is flawless, and I think that they even vacuumed my car after they were done! They went above and beyond and I would definitely utilize their services again. The paint match is better than the factory. I was nervous about getting my Enclave repaired because the paint is pearl white and even the stock bumper does not match very well. Gerber Collision proved me wrong and the paint match was perfect. The best part is that you can not tell the vehicle was repaired. The vehicle was done earlier than promised and the staff was very friendly.

I had my infinity repaired on 1/5/18 and was totally satisfied with my repair. I saw the office manager while at a grocery store recently and was approached by her and asked how my car was. I believe the young woman's name was Brydie. I was stunned she remembered me and told her everything was great. I was reminded that if I have an issue to let them know. This kind of customer service should be commended. Your.shop is top notch and I will recommend you to all I know as well as calling my Insurance agent and telling them. Thank you so much it's refreshing to be involved with a company that cares so much

My car was towed there on Nov 3rd after a late afternoon accident. It is now Nov 30th and still no car, and another "hopefully in a few days" time line. I am soon to be out of rental car benefits, I've not had my handicap plate to use (especially in Dec - very much missed!) The rental car has no GPS and I am on the road for work several days a week seeing clients. My car was not totaled. Not a small job, but really - I have called at least weekly to the same tune. The office people are very nice, which is the only reason I gave a 3. If I am involved in an accident again, I can't afford to come back here.

Very professionally done and very happy with the results. I only strayed from Gerber once and learned my lesson. George and his crew were excellent. They were probably not aware but my dash camera recorded every time the car was turned on and I am happy to say they were very professional with the handling of my car. No quick starts or anything. I usually don't fill these out but this time it was necessary. :)

I was totally amazed when I dropped my car off for repairs. The office was bright and clean, I was immediately greeted by the office manager, Brydie, and everyone in the office made a point of saying hello. My rental car was waiting for me, Gerber took care of the mix up with my rental, which was a great relief. My new bumper was installed, a little scratch fixed and I had my car back and cleaned inside and out by 5!! Now who does that? I have already begun telling friends and Co workers about the excellent service and how all the employees , from the moment you walked in the door to when you picked up your car, friendly, and very helpful.

Immaculate customer service. 100% class act all the way around from the start , when you walk through the door till when you pick your car up from being repaired. Couldn't of asked for a better experience and my car looks great. I highly recommend the crew at Gerber!

I took my car to Gerber, formerly Liotus, to have bodywork and paint done. The work was excellent and the paint beautiful. It matched perfectly. My paint is a pearl, tri color. You can't even tell that it was hit. I had my car back within two days. Dale, who took care of my car, did a fantastic job.
