William treated my car as though it was his own. (William was the Gerber rep assigned to oversee my vehicle repairs). When he realized the paint color didn't match perfectly, he had the painters redo the work to make sure it was an exact match. William kept me informed throughout the process until my car was ready to be picked up. He, along with the rest of the Gerber staff, was friendly and professional. They all made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone looking for a repair shop. It's a new facility. It's really clean. And it's indoors!!
